Very interesting tale of the first professional medical examiner in NYC. There's a little too much chemistry for me but it didn't really interfere with my enjoyment and the chemistry itself is mostly illustrated by several different murders/murderers the details of which are spread throughout the book. Very engaging narration of the audiobook as well.
